Questions about the material — purity, identity, residual water, endotoxin, storage, cake integrity, solvent compatibility, recovery losses — go to the documentation desk and get a real answer, usually with a certificate reference attached.
Questions about using the material on a person or an animal have one answer, and it is the same one every time: we cannot help, and we will not guess.
