FOR LABORATORY & RESEARCH USE ONLY — NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
Research-use-only reference materials

Every vial leaves with the document that released it.

Peptide reference materials supplied to laboratories, institutions and qualified research programmes. Purity, identity, endotoxin and residual water are published per lot and searchable by lot number — including the lots that failed and never shipped.

Credentials

Published only once documented

These four fields are where real credentials belong. None is filled, because a badge that is not backed by paperwork is a claim we have not earned — and in most jurisdictions, an unlawful one.

  • Third-party tested

    UNFILLED

Name and scope of the contract laboratory, plus its accreditation reference.

  • COA on every order

    UNFILLED

Written fulfilment procedure showing a lot-matched certificate ships with every order.

  • cGMP facility

    UNFILLED

Facility registration number and the date of the most recent passing audit.

  • Verified reviews

    UNFILLED

Description of how purchase verification is performed, and by whom.

Documentation

Certificate matched the vial without me having to ask

The lot on the label matched the certificate in the archive, and the endotoxin figure was already on the document rather than something I had to email for. That sounds like a low bar. Two of the four suppliers we evaluated last year could not clear it.

Documentation

They publish their held lots

I went looking for the quarantined lot after a colleague mentioned it and found the full certificate still in the archive, marked as held, with the reason written out. Publishing a failure is the only part of a quality claim that costs anything, so it is the only part I read as evidence.

Shipping

Cold chain held, packaging is over-engineered

Arrived on the second morning with the gel packs still firm and the temperature indicator unbroken. My only note is that unpacking generates a genuinely absurd volume of foam for two vials. Our waste stream noticed.
